Refund and Return Policy for Empatia Farm
Overview
At Empatia Farm, we want to ensure that your experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your booking, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns and Cancellations
To be eligible for a cancellation or refund, your booking must be canceled at least 7 days prior to the start of your stay. If you cancel your stay within 7 days of your arrival date, we can offer only a partial refund, or we may offer a rescheduled booking depending on availability.
To qualify for a refund, the accommodation or service must not have been used, and the request must be submitted before the booked date of arrival or service.
Non-refundable Items and Services:
- Farm stays once the stay has started
- Yoga courses, classes, or retreats once attended
- Special events, workshops, or retreats on the farm
- Pre-booked activities or tours
- Gift cards
- Downloadable content or services related to your booking
If you booked a service or accommodation package that includes multiple items (e.g., stay + yoga class), these will be treated as a single package, and refunds can only apply to the entire package, depending on cancellation time.
Refund Process
Once we receive and review your cancellation request, you will be notified via email about the status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank or credit card account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be some delay before your refund is posted.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds may take some time to be processed by them.

Sale Items and Promotional Offers
Discounted bookings, special offers, or promotions are subject to different terms. We do not offer refunds for sale items unless the service or accommodation is unavailable or canceled by us.
Exchanges and Rescheduling
We only offer exchanges or rescheduling if the accommodation or service is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a booking error or natural disasters. If you need to reschedule your stay or other services, please contact us directly at {email address} or through our customer support.
Gifts
If your booking was made as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the cancellation or rescheduled stay. Once we receive the cancellation, we will send a gift certificate to the original buyer.
If the booking was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, we will issue the refund to the original payment method, and the gift giver will be notified of the cancellation.
Shipping Returns
In case you purchased physical products (such as farm produce or merchandise) that need to be returned, you will be responsible for covering return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your purchase, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
If your item is of higher value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
